It’s key to help employees align with your company values. We would recommend that every employee does a values feedback during their onboarding period.

You can now add your values into Feebee, then employees can always see them and read them, and receive feedback on them.

1. Click on Company values in the web app and add your values.

1. Once added the active values can be selected by your employees in a feedback request.
