We have a new feature in the Web Dashboard and it’s called “Customize performance”, it allows you to customize the performance questions that your employees use in the performance feedback process. Here are 3 steps to change your performance questions.

1. Simply click on the Customize performance tab.

1. Edit your questions and update.

1. Your new questions will now be used in your performance feedback in Slack.
