We leverage AWS as our cloud-based data host, boasting top-tier security certifications and employing the highest encryption standards. Our servers reside in AWS EU-Central 1, Frankfurt, Germany, ensuring robust protection for your data.

Operating with a compact team of four individuals dedicated to product development and code management, we prioritize security at every step. Two-factor authentication fortifies our infrastructure, augmenting our already stringent security measures.

Given Feebee's integration with Slack, data processing occurs within Slack's secure framework, with web dashboard logins authenticated via Slack, eliminating the need for password storage. Slack upholds industry-leading data security standards, further bolstering our data integrity.

We maintain a strict policy of minimal data retention. Data concerning written employee feedback and company eNPS feedback, which may raise security concerns for yourself, are securely processed by Slack, ensuring utmost protection, and stored within AWS. All data undergoes encryption during transit (HTTPS/SSL) and remains encrypted within AWS data centers, utilizing SYMMETRIC_DEFAULT encryption, including AES-256-GCM.

Our database, hosted on AWS, is accessible to only two authorized personnel, fortified by multi-factor authentication. Leveraging PostgreSQL, we support intricate data types and JSON, enhanced by Sequelize for streamlined database connectivity, enhancing security and simplifying data requests.
