We’ve added a way for you to view all employee performance review details in the Web Dashboard.
It looks like this:
View your team and click on the details of the person you’d like to see:
Once looking at the details you can see a further ‘details’ button
You’ll see all of the details that each person wrote
You can ONLY view performance feedback results in the web dashboard (explained why at bottom of page)

IMPORTANT: The owner/admin of the Feebee app can only see the results of performance feedback.
Why? This is a design choice on our end. Performance feedback is used by companies to do performance reviews and make decisions about employees. So we believe that owners/admins need access to that.
However, the other two feedback types (Values/Skill feedback and Spontaneous/Praise) should be private (unless people choose to make Praise public). This builds vulnerability and ignites learning. Keeping this private allows for growth and not for judgement.
How else can the Owner/Admin get access to all feedback results? People do have the option to share feedback this with their manager (or other stakeholders) when creating initial requests. So the owner/admin could potentially ask all employees to add them into all feedback requests.
