In Feebee it’s super simple to share your feedback results with a manager. You just have to remember that it has to be done at the start of the process.
So remember if you are a manager and you want full visibility you need to tell your team to add you to the requests at the beginning. Communication is key.
People can actually add anyone they wish (who is in Slack) to view their feedback results. They could even add their manager + Head of HR if they wish. It’s up to you to establish the habits in your own team.
